The availability of appointments is subject to specially trained staff and stock availability.

Please note:

• Everyone 13 or over must wear a facemask when attending for flu vaccination.
• If you feel unwell please reschedule your appointment using the link below.
• You will be asked to remain in the pharmacy for 15 minutes after vaccination (or if accompanied by an adult, at least 5 minutes in the pharmacy and the remainder of the time in the vicinity)

• If you haven’t already completed the patient consultation form you can complete it now by clicking on the “Flu Vaccination” buttons above.  Having this form completed in advance will speed up your appointment in the pharmacy.
