Hedrin Once Spray Gel 100ml

All family members with head lice should be treated on the same day to avoid re-infestation.
Hedrin once should be applied to dry hair.
Cover the shoulders with a towel and then apply the chosen product (spray gel or liquid gel) carefully over all the hair (the spray may be easier to apply). Massage it in well from roots to tips until the hair is completely wetted. The amount of product needed depends on the thickness and length of the hair.
The best way to apply the liquid gel, particularly with with long hair, is to make a small parting and apply a few drops of the liquid along the hair, then spread this evenly along the length of the hair. Repeat the process with numerous other small sections until the whole scalp has been covered.
The spray should be applied from a distance of about 10cm from the hair. Take care to avoid spraying it on the face and don't breathe in the spray. Make sure enough is applied to soak the scalp and hair, then work it in with the fingers or a comb, spreading it from root to tip.
Leave the product on the hair for at least 15 minutes. (You can leave it on for longer if this is more convenient.) Then apply normal shampoo all over the surface of the hair without wetting it first. Massage the shampoo in thoroughly then rinse it out with water.
Shampoo again, then apply conditioner, rinse and dry the hair.
Hedrin once contains anti-foaming ingredients so shampoo will not lather readily. If necessary, repeat the whole procedure to wash the product out, remembering to apply shampoo directly to dry hair.
Any nits (empty egg cases that stay stuck to the hair) can be removed with the fingers or a fine toothed nit comb.
Can I use Hedrin once while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Hedrin once is not absorbed through the skin and can be safely used by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. However, as with all medicines, it's best to get advice from your doctor or midwife before using Hedrin once if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
What are the possible side effects of Hedrin once?
Medicines and their possible side effects can affect individual people in different ways. The following are some of the side effects that are known to be associated with Hedrin once. Just because a side effect is stated here does not mean that all people using this product will experience that or any side effect.

Skin irritation. If the product causes a rash or excessive irritation wash it off straight away with normal shampoo and get advice from your pharmacist regarding other products to treat the head lice.
